As I started supporting the three persons I have so many
arguments,questions,about why we have to support them and even few have
summoned my stand against the judicial system, Indian constitutional
laws and national security etc. am not such a big person to talk about
all these big questions though, I still managed to convey them my stand.
First of all I would give clarity on my stand against death penalty!!
I always believe that in India judicial system should be strongly implemented and followed and all the existing laws have to be implemented without any interference or prejudice, there should be a state where the law is supreme and everybody is under the law.
On humanitarian grounds if any state would like to wipe away "death penalty " again it have to be carefully evaluated and executed and I strongly believe that if every citizen should fear the law and stick to it there would not be a situation where death penalty would be imposed by any judicial system or judge for any convicted person, I believe.
So my take on death penalty or any penalty is again should be based on the country its socio-economic factors and its ability in establishing its existing law.
And as an individual personality am still have arguments going on within myself whether to support or reject the death sentences to any person......(but in this Rajiv case I strongly believe that NO DEATH PENALTY, to which I will ponder my points later)
Is "race" a license to do any cruel offences...?????
Definitely not, race is not a licence to do any cruel offence. But why only certain race is always get the cruel offences against it and when it retaliates it,then it gets condemned only for the re-action it has given but nothing has been done for the action which has been caused earlier???? And at the same time we are in a position to find an answer to another interlinked question to this. Why always certain group are tagged as terrorist and discriminated in the same state within India. even in the simplest “sentiments” we can identify a kind of racism in India itself among its own state,and people which cud be the possible source of terrorism/vengence/fanatism etc etc. and Few fight it out by just scrap it out in social networks and the rest find their own means n ways.But at the end of the day its all the different babies of same parents.
Do you accept if kashmir or any other state passes a resolution to pardon afzal guru?
Lets talk about afsal guru!!! “What if kashmir will follow the same strategy” is HYPOTHETICAL as for now and even when it became reality then we will discuss on that... so until then if we raise such confusing questions will only distract the substance and focus point.......
And if you people still insist that we have to discuss on afzal guru and kash mir issue that we will discuss on a different page not here.......... as I have very big question WHY TAMIL NADU and KASHMIR producing such a terrorist or terrorist thought process, who want to separate their mother land from India????
Being a tamil do you think john david can be pardoned? Do you think race is a valid license for making cruel offenses? Why not all those in the prisons may be pardoned as they also our blood relations? Do you accept constitutional law being overruled with the help of mass? Whether the term tamils only refers to sl tamils or even our tamils too?
I need to ask the people who raise this question, do you think any of the people who are fighting against the death penalty for this three persons raised their voices against any of the above case which u have said like john david,bus burning criminals, or veerappan.....??????
Its only you or your ideological partners who wish to weaken the arguments on this particular rajiv case are the ones who raise such silly questions .
These people are trying to dilute the truth by comparing rajiv murder case and bus burning case and john david case..... none of the people including me have not raised even a single word against all these case which u have mentioned above its only those who don’t want eelam issue to brew up are the one’s who brilliantly interlocking bus burning tamils,john david tamil, and eelam tamils....!!!!!
These people are raising again a very cleverly knitted question to counter attack on the “Tamil” definitely the term Tamil includes all Tamil both locally and internationally.... no doubt about that.......in fact I still consider,jey,karuna,subramaniam swamy and chitambaram a tamil though they are against tamil sentiments or rather I call them as "IDEOLOGICALLY PROMISCUOUS"
If the term tamils is the qualification ……Are you not treating those who lost their lives at sriperumbudur as tamils? If so why no care on them?...
Even we, the people who support this three, also have the same question which has not been answered for decades, why there was only rajiv n innocent tamils died why not any other top notch congressmen???? When we get an answer for this simple question then we will know that who are all involved in the Rajiv’s murder conspiracy??? Because I personally want to bring those people in front of justice not the murderers of Rajiv but the murderers of my innocent Tamil people who died along with him.

I really feel that no where any of the individual or the groups have fight against the law or the judicial and constitutional system of India and tamil nadu, everybody raise their voices within the jurisdiction limits and fighting in a more civilized way. How can even raising the voice to seek the justice could be termed as “BLACK MAILING”. Though its irrelevant to this debate I would like to bring it down on the table of discussion is anna hazare’s modus operandi is blackmailing???
NOW COME TO THE MAIN POINT.... the three convicted persons, i support them not because Tamil only(my intensity became madly,fanatic when it comes to the term Tamil and i am proud of that) but i support them because of various reasons both legally and ethically and of course logically it was definitely not based on sheer sentiments alone.
My stand is very clear that i want an re investigation on the whole rajiv murder case ( who the fuck is me to ask for this...:-) but still for an argument sake) with out any political intervention. and even after that also if we have find out that these three people are main conspirators of Rajiv murder then we talk about the punishments since it has already taken 11 years to execute a death penalty definitely am ready for another 10 years for re-investigations to be completed.
Rajiv murder was on political ground and not on a personal vengeance........ so if its a political murder why was it's motive was investigated only on one issue IPKF on Lanka why wasn't other issues......??????because neither Rajiv is a godly saint nor his wife and his mother!!!!
I strongly believe rajiv case is no where less than john f Kennedy conspiracy..... stupid, innocent poor people get the punishment and all big guys hail n healthy. If these people are the main plotters then they have to be re interrogated to find out more fresh truth rather than old shit..........
For instance we assume that these three were the main persons but then 1,why they have done it. 2, what has made them to take such a crucial decisions .3, and it is a political assassinations for sure there will be people at large who were benefited from the assassinations.4, who are those people who benefited or believed that they will be benefited.
they have not done this for their own personal benefits but for a cause , who will be held responsible for the massacre and war crimes executed in Sri Lanka by the IPKF , So my dear friends I am not here to tell you that I am a big humanitarian and will fight to stop death penalty of the whole wide world but only these three people as I feel and found not guilty and strongly believe that they have been very well trapped by big crocodiles and I want them all until then I will fight for this three!!!!!
